Dropped in after a walk to Perouges for a beer. Stayed for dinner chatting to Fatu and Demba into the evening - lovely hosts, lovely food, informal and family friendly.

I don't have any pictures worthy of posting here, but my memories are wonderful. You can't take credit for the blue sky good weather on 29/09/2024, but the friendly service and good food deserve all the stars here. It was a late hour for lunch but we were welcomed and well fed. Only in the depths of an upstate NY winter do I find time to look over my pictures, and I am warmed by my memories of L'Aquarelle.

If you want to escape the crowds in perouges and have reasonably priced excellent food then this is the place. Its unpretentious, and good value for money.

Very nice discovery, cozy atmosphere with jazz in the background, smiling welcome, very good cuisine, chef is concerned about our well-being, I will definitely come back!!!
